  I have made several calls to Dean, the owner of this store trying to communicate my concerns. Unfortunately, he has NEVER 1 TIME returned my calls, or made amendment for anything that occurs in his store. He is an absentee individual that is too stupid to understand good customer service, and quality of his marketplace.

  Thank goodness for our local residents who farm, and provide, wholesome foods, not governed by the sale restrictions on produce and meat that our governing bodies need to control for "our good health" including the modification of what's natural, to unnatural. Is that what "they think we need?" Garbage!

  This store does have security cameras that record video surveillance, however, as they would not, nor, "they could not" find or provide to police [they're family too], this particular video footage of a deliberate assault to me from a reported stalker with a restraining order. Hhhmmmnnnn why? Because everyone is family here. Small town, small minds, no one wants to get involved.

  Very disappointed in the customer service... unlike any loblaws store I shopped at. The tag is at the wrong location ... not only is it not honoured but you look like an idiot for being confused. The least they can do is say sorry that was there by mistake the UPC codes don't match! It comes from management though they lead by example and clearly are doing a terrible job . I've tried to address management the owners daughter Ignored me. Will be contacting loblaws next I'm sick and tired of dealing with this store.

  To continue with my review, I have frequently have had to use my energy that should be used resting and consuming fresh meats and vegtables, only to arrive home to find rotten, fowl smelling meat, vegtables pre-wrapped with only the visible matter safe to eat (def. not fresh)

  Unfortunately I am reliant on this store in order to be able to obtain food. I am of ill health and fresh food and nutrition is of the utmost importance to me.

  I have fallen in this place due to unwiped wet snow tracked in by customers left behind. Having a spinal disorder, falls are detrimental for this condition. I was helped up immediately by a staff member who no longer works there, but never even receive any apologies, nor calls. by staff or management for this?

  Shop valuemart as much as you like. But you won't find much that isn't rotting, but modified to keep us from getting botulism. People here shop the day the truck comes in, but if you are disabled due to health, or are reliance of help. You will go to this store to only find and leave with empty shelves, past due products, and hunger.
